I'll start:

My life is so pathetic, I sleep 70% of the time and watch tv on the couch all the time! I don't go anywhere except grocery shopping once a week or so. But I do stay here with my dear pets and entertain them!

If your life is more pathetic say "I can beat that". and then say what you beat that with! That's an example for you~

My life is so pathetic I get up at 3.30am 6 days a week to go to work. I work 10 hours a day and am so tired at night I am in bed sometimes before 6.30pm.
Work, eat and sleep. That is my life.
