1. The only mammals to undergo menopause are elephants, humpback whales and human females.
2.Only the males are called Peacocks. Females are called Peahens.
3. Baby elephants suck their trucks for comfort. (that is so cute)!!
4. Pandas don't have a particular sleeping spot: they simply fall asleep wherever they happen to be. (Much like my husband :D )
5. Wombats have cube-shaped poop.
6. Male-ring tailed lemurs will "stink fight" by wafting scent at each-other.
7. Rats are ticklish.- So are orangutans
8. A female ferret will literally die, if she can't find a mate after going into heat.
