Gambling in atlantic city

I remember the time we went on a vacation to Atlantic City. We stayed at a very nice hotel which had, surprise, a casino. Sue is very good at blackjack so she decides to play. I asked her what I could do in the meantime.....She gives me a couple of rolls of quarters to go play the slots. Well, it took me about five minutes to lose all the quarters....I wandered back to the blackjack table and Sue has a pile of chips in front of her.....She's winning.

Apparently I shouldn't talk to her as it could cause her to lose concentration. I know that 'cause she told me.....Slipped me another roll of quarters. Which took me TWO minutes to lose......Went back to our room and watched television.

Two hours later Sue comes back with $3,287.00 ...I am shocked. She asked how I did with the slots. I told her I lost. We went out for a good dinner, back to the room. We showered and hit the sack. It had been a long day and night....

I awoke around three in the morning rolled over to see how Sue was doing. No Sue.....

I get dressed, wander down to the casino floor and, at the blackjack table was Sue, with yet ANOTHER pile of chips in front of her. I had married a card shark. She eventually finished up with another $1,090.00......

Let's compare our gambling expertise.....I lost $30.00 Sue won $ 4,377.00. AND, we left the next day without going back to the gambling area.Of course I had to forcibly restrain Sue but.....

We used to go to Las Vegas a lot. I would play cards, never won but didn't lose either. Wish I could have won like Sue. So jealous! Husband played slots. His biggest win was 5000.00.

There is a lot to do and see in Vegas besides gamble. And Vegas is near a lot of places where there are things to do and see. Mostly, Moab, Utah. Moab should be on everyone's bucket list. The canyons are incredible. Also, Hoover Dam, then back to LV to gamble, lol.
