Geomagnetic activity is believed to be related to human health.

They have known for a long time that the geomagnetic solar storms can really affect two-way or shortwave radio transmission, and even some satellite transmissions; but now they are looking into what effect it might have on humans, and our health issues.
It has been discovered that more heart attacks and strokes occur from 24 hours before the solar storm until 24 hours afterward.
There are also more suicides during that time, and more people are admitted to mental hospitals. (had me wondering if it might also be a cause of the school shootings and similar activities ??)
Anyway, they say it seems to affect older people, and those in poor health more than healthy, young people. The storms can vary greatly from year to year. In low geomagnetic storm years, there may only be a few storms, but in high years (such as 1014) there could be as many as 50. So, if each storm affects a person for several days, and they average one almost every week; some people could be affected most of the time in a high geomagnetic storm year.

I guess the best thing to do is take lots on Omega 3 because it reduces the stroke risk by 90%
These studies that come up with conclusions but they don't know why.

It reminds me a person one day said it always rains after a killdeer cry. I laugh at them unlit I found it was true but it might take a weak, month, or a year before it will rain
