Geriatricians Visit Me Every Six Weeks.

I use a Geriatric Center of my local hospital. They have four Geriatricians and two Nurse Practitioners. Someone from that group visits me every six weeks. I am 86. I am curious if anyone else here has that arrangement with a hospital Geriatric Center? I am also curious why they do this. Does anyone have any ideas on this situation?

Sorry, Mitch if I had to guess I would say it's a welfare check and an opportunity to reassess your situation.
Over here we have carer assistance, where someone comes to your house every second day to help you with personal care and hygiene other medical issues, as well as cleaners that come in every 3rd day to clean the house and do your shopping.
