German Movie Theater Standoff. Hostages Rescued.

A gunman took hostages in a German movie theater. Police stormed the theater killing the gunman and rescuing the hostages. Standoff did not last too long. No one injured by gunman, casualties from raid including tear gas. No information on gunman at this time.

Wonder if the police had Orlando on their mind when they stormed the building opting not to wait it out.

That's the way these situations should end, kudos to the police for taking care of business. Curious to see who this character was, we shouldn't have to wait too long for answers.

Apparently it is neither confirmed the guy had a gun, nor that it was real if he did. Also, this report says the so-called gunman is dead, and no injuries to other persons.
