Getting back into thread to edit it .

I thought I had put a photo up in the thread concerning toys of years from long ago but what the heck has happened to it I have no idea and I cant seem to get back in the thread to edit it.
What have I done wrong?

Are you talking about this thread? I see a picture that you posted there (a teaset).

Aside from bookmarking threads, you can always click on your name/avatar in the top righthand area of the page (in the blue band), and click on "Your content" to see a list of your posts.

When I looked on my i-pad the photo shows but not when I am on my computer.
