I found a cool website called www.tummee.com showing 4200 + poses to combine with multiple sequences that target 12 base categories, 19 muscles, 7 Chakras, / Elements / Doshas and many types of health treatment.
With Tummee.com I design the sequences appropriate to areas I choose to work on and achieve. By choosing standing positions Tummee.com lists each standing pose sequence for all levels of instruction Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. Other positions include; kneeling, sitting, prone, abdomen, forearms, head & shoulders, one legged, side lying, squat and toes.
I don't have much strength but with Yoga I am able to increase balance and build stamina that increases with practice.
My Yoga text book arrived in the mail today. Teaching Yoga: Essential Foundations and Techniques by Mark Stephens. I'm excited about Yoga and the potential long-term commitment that comes from teaching Seniors within the community. I enjoy giving, perhaps more so, I enjoy the preparation it takes to offer something worthwhile to give. In this case Yoga Teachers Training Course.
