I will miss her but she getting worse to take care of. She wants to go in one day and changes her mind the next day and I think mainly because of Bi-polar. She been with me for seven years.

This is so sad for both of you, I'm sure @Robert59 . Thankfully she is able to comprehend a bit of what's going on around her. Think positive, she'll be able to get used to new surroundings and adjust a bit while she's still more aware . I wish both of you an easy transition.

I'm sorry to hear this. You can visit her there and she will be taken care of. The reality is, the stress of the situation when she is at home can likely take a toll on your own health. There just comes a time, sadly.

I am so sorry about the situation for both of you. I can speak from only my own experience but it is good that she is going to a group home. We first put my dad into a medical type of facility and it was fine but we moved him to a residential group home a couple of months ago and I am glad we did. He gets more attention from the caretakers and it just seems more intimate there over the medical facility.
