Giving serious thought to putting in a bench seat.

How about a picture of the inside of the vehicle of the car you are putting the seat into?

What is your purpose for going to a bench seat. You're not going back 60 years and allow your honey to sit next to you, are you?

Other way around. I'd like to sit beside honey while she's driving. :) Way back... (70's when it was yellow... before it was green, then black and finally red) we had a bench seat in the car. For some reason, we strayed away and started using bucket seats.

The seats you have in now aren't stock, right? They look like knock-offs. My friend had a '57 and we put in T-Bird seats.

I like the bucket seats, but it's your car, so it's your choice.

The seats we have in it now are 6 way power seats from a 2005 Cadillac CTS.
Over the years, we've had in it 63 Impala SS buckets, 70 cuda hi-back buckets, and 64 mustang ones.

I had a bench seat in my Charger. It made me realize how in shape the circle track racers were in early days. It takes a lot of strength to keep your arse in place in a hard corner.
