Glued to the TV

This has been an interesting Memorial Day weekend....I've been glued to the TV. The Paramount Network has been broadcasting all the past episodes of "Yellowstone"....started yesterday, continued today, and will finish tomorrow. They start at noon, and continue till 10PM. I haven't watched this much TV in years. To me, it's a tossup between Yellowstone and The Vikings as to which is the best TV series in recent years.

Any word on when the final season of Yellowstone will return.

Watched the final season of the Kominsky Method this weekend.

The latest buzz is June of 21 . Season four was filmed in October. Paramount ran all previous seasons this week so that should signal it is coming.

We bought the box set of the complete Person of Interest series; been trying to ration ourselves to 1 or 2 episodes every once in a while, don't want to binge through and then have nothing at all to watch, lol.

I have made it a tradition to watch "Band of Brothers" over Memorial Day weekend but this year I decided to watch "The Pacific" instead because for whatever reason I had never watched it. All I can say is WOW.

It's good you can relax and do that. I need to be glued to the T.V. with as many shows I have on my watchlists. I have three streaming services but don't have Paramount + and probably won't get it. I usually watch a shows while I eat then maybe a show or part of the show after I take it down a notch for the night.

This Yellowstone "replay" ended a few minutes ago, and I'm Really anticipating the beginning of the next season. I haven't Binge Watched TV, like this, in years....the last time I got so enthralled with TV was probably decades ago when HBO rebroadcasted several hours of The Godfather.

The one I plan to watch tonight is Hell in the Pacific. I've got it on DVD. Lee Marvin and Toshirō Mifune are the only two actors in the movie, and they're brilliant, as you'd expect. Great story, too - during wartime, two enemy military men are stranded on the same small uninhabited island.

We just finished the director's cut of Close Encounters of the Third Kind (seeing as what's been in the news lately).
