Been very frustrating getting here into a good one.

Her doctor's network just does not seem to have any good ones.

What should we do?

Well, you could give us a clue as to where you are located.

You can google. The doctors here are rated by their patients and their education is posted plus pictures of them in case you don’t like blonde hair or whatever I guess. I personally don’t care for fat/overweight doctors.

It drives me crazy when a fat doctor tells you that you have to lose weight.

Aneeda, reminds me of the olden days when we used to joke around & say the best kind of a doctor to have was “a fat one who smokes”. Desert Dweller, check your insurance company’s provider list in that specialty, & that could give you a starting point for further inquiries. Reviews of individual drs are often posted on the internet.
