Due to having four autoimmune disorders and given the new tech of the current vaccines, my personal doctor, long-term care facility MDs and the administrator (who also an autoimmune disorder and probably isn't going to get it right away) all agree I shouldn't get it yet. The delivery system of the vaccines (messenger RNA) has been tried for other drugs (mostly oncology) and trials were halted because the mRNA drugs were actually causing autoimmune disorders in some trial participants.
I hope and pray these vaccines don't have damaging side effects and that I'll be rolling my sleeve up in a year or two. In the meantime, I'll continue as I have since March; I put my n95 on before entering the building and do not take it off until I walk out the door.
