Graham Wafer Crumbs on Your Chicken Breasts

My wife will often make chicken this way. Give it a shot and let me know how it turns out.

Do you use the same steps of coating with flour, dipping in egg then coating with the graham crumbs?
 
Just dip the chicken breasts in Vegetable or Canola oil, then roll them in the graham crumbs...into the oven 350 degrees for 50 minutes...voila!
 

My folks used graham crackers as breading for chicken, fish and wild game, and I did the same until about 15 years ago when I gave up eating fried food.

Dipping in oil sounds good since chicken breast tends to be dry. No other seasonings should end up giving this a new taste for us. Do you pan fry, bake or use an air fryer?
