If I were to add anything else, it would be apples, grapes, fig or mango jam.
 
I was eating unsalted saltine crackers (oxymoron) and vanilla low-fat yogurt after surgery until my wife pointed out the unsalted crackers were 70 calories each. For protein I am trying instant oatmeal to take to work for snack, for lunch I usually have fresh salad and sliced apples. I cut back on peanuts (original source of protein) due to diverticulitis which is the reason I’m trying instant oatmeal as a replacement.

Oh yeah... a tray or plate of cold cuts just isn't a tray or plate of cold cuts without a serving of pickles. 🥒

We're in Canada.

I'd also add the likes of a mall serving of antipasto.
