Thought some of you might find this piece in today's NY Times very interesting. It talks about efforts by scientists to measure the impact of rivers in Greenland on the ice sheet. Some good video and photographic maps. I enjoyed it and thought I'd share here. http://nyti.ms/1LUlZhc

This is an excellent summation of what is happening on Greenland. This would be an ideal place to send some of the more vocal Climate Change Deniers....perhaps if they saw this for themselves, they might rethink their positions. If or When all this ice melts into the oceans, 10's, perhaps 100's of millions of residents of the low lying cities around the globe will be forced to evacuate inland. And, then.....there is Antarctica.

I give these scientists credit. They are risking their lives to get this valuable data.
