Hi,

I'm Rhino and I'm from Canada. I am here to get some guidance in my role as caregiver for my mother Kathe who is 88.

I hope things are going well for all of you:)

Welcome to the forum Rhino from another Canadian.

:welcome:

It looks like we've got most of the major Anglosphere countries covered: Canada, UK, and USA. :)

I'm glad to see I'm not the only Canadian! Some of the questions I ask may have different answers in Canada than in the US so it's good to know there are other Canadians here.

Thanks for your warm welcome!

Hello Rhino, and welcome to the forum. Maybe you will get to charge things up!:)

Close but no cigar. I'm in London (Ontario). But I've lived in Kitchener and Toronto at various times.

For what it's worth, I was *born* in Hamilton, although I never lived there. My parents lived in Moffat (near Guelph) when I was born and St. Joe's was the closest hospital so I was born there. And my car broke down on my way up the Mountain once. Nothing catastrophic, just a spark plug that broke for some reason. (I'd never heard of a spark plug just breaking spontaneously before or since.) But I don't know Hamilton very well at all. I've only been there a couple of additional times for day trips.

Agreed, Teejay! Many times, I've wished that the big trucks had to stay in the right lane only, not the right TWO lanes. But I suppose that will never happen.
