About me: My name is Marc. I'm 79 years old and originally from San Francisco but I now live in Thailand. I walk regularly and swim every other day. My bad habits: I sit at my computer too much and I eat too much. I need to get rid of my potbelly or it's going to get rid of me. I tried the Keto diet but it did not feel right to me. I am now on Covert Bailey's "Fit or Fat Diet". My body does not handle sodium very well. I feed stray cats and dogs.

Welcome, Marc! What is life like as an American expatriate living in Thailand?

I find it easier and less stressful. The Thais are very polite and their children are very respectful of their elders. Also, the medical and dental care here is excellent. I also discovered just before I moved here that an old classmate of mine, from Junior High School, lives just 25 miles from me.
