Gritty Grain Products

Lately it seems that everything I eat that is grain-based (cereal, bread, crackers, etc.) has little hard pieces in them, like sand grains. Thya also have a very bitter taste, but I can't avoid them since I don't notice anything before I start eating. Has anyone else had this experience?
 

No, I haven't noticed that. I just get those little things in oatmeal that are part of the grain sometimes. Can't think of what they are called.
