Ham and Dill pickle roll ups

I had these for the first time at Thanksgiving. Great.
t takes less than 5 minutes to make these yummy Ham Roll Ups with Pickle. They make a great after school snack or anytime snack!


Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total: 5 minutes


Serves: 5 rolls

Ingredients​

• 5 slices deli ham I like it sliced slightly thicker than sandwich slices
• 3-5 ounces cream cheese
• 5 dill pickle spears (or 10 baby dill pickles, use 2 per roll up)

Instructions​

• Evenly spread cream cheese on to each ham slice.
• Place dill pickle spear at the end of each slice and roll up.
• Using a sharp knife, cut each roll cross-wise into 1/2″ to 1″ pieces.

I've had these before....many years ago. And, they are good!
In fact, I was going to make some when I have happy hour at my house. But I couldn't remember if dill or sweet pickles were used.

The lady who made them said she has used both...but prefers the dill. I would have to agree. I think I am going to make these for Christmas eve. We usually just do snack foods/appetizers
