Good for you. I should be so lucky. My only child, a son, lives in Hawaii and says he will never comeback to the states. After he left the service, he was hired by the FBI and later took a job with another law enforcement agency. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t work there anymore, but he still says he won’t move back to the states so maybe he is working in a pineapple factory.
He has 3 kids that are all grown and unless I go to Hawaii, I don’t get to see them. The oldest son said he wants to come east and spend time with Grandpa, me, but dad told him not to do it. He thinks all of us here in America are nuts one way or another. I think he has the kids brainwashed.
