Today is the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year. Have a good summer everyone and a great day.

Yep it is unless you live south of the equator. Even at the equator the time of daylight doesn't change.

What would be interesting would be to post the time of day for sunrise and sunset where you live. In Atlanta, GA, USA-- 6:26am and 8:51pm EDT.

ps... I use the changing of the seasons every 3 months as a reminder to do things that need to be done every 3 months. Like water filter and AC/Heat filter.

Yes, happy first day of summer. I like the painting you posted Chic. Very beautiful and relaxing looking. I heard Calif is in for a long hot summer. Dang! At lest we had some rain last winter. Thank God for that.
