Thank you for having me and I want to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season!

My name is Kevin Saint Clair and I have over 25 years experience teaching people how to get their bodies' stronger! :D

In the spirit of giving, I would like to extend an invitation to answer any exercise-related questions you may have, or even suggest an exercise (or new technique of your current exercise) to help strengthen an area of your body, using your current exercise equipment, or even your own body-weight, at home.

Welcome, Kevin. We're happy to have you with us, but not sure what exercise questions you may get from this group. Don't mean this sarcastically at all, but I know how to walk around the block and that's pretty much it for me. Sad, huh?

Make yourself at home, it's a wonderful forum with very interesting members.:wave:

I hope you had a great holiday season!

I think its great that you walk around the block. (You'd be surprised how many people don't even do this!)

Walking is one the BEST exercises to keep your body strength high.

And if you sit for any length of time (even a couple of hours at a stretch), there are a few things you should do, to help "reverse" the constant damage being done to your body, while you sit.

If you'd like to hear a few of these things, just let me know!

you can tell me what exercise to do while I'm sitting here most of the day on the forum!

Ive already been doing kegels so that I can carry my belongings without a purse. ( just kidding ).
 

I go to gym 3 times a week and also Rock and Roll
dancing. I also walk the block a few miles when I can.
I'm not am sitter rather move doing anything ��
