HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL WHO CELEBRATE IT!
G'daughter has been with me for a couple days and helped prepare what I'm taking. (PLUS, she got all my Xmas decorations out of boxes and ready to decorate this wk-end. It helps so much not having to lift and bend over.)
We're headed to her Grampa's house shortly. The bad news for our family is that my handicapped daughter and hubby won't be able to attend. He has some awful flu bug and tho Andrea doesn't have it, she could be a carrier...and their son (with GoodPasture Disease) has an extremely low immune system while waiting for a kidney. It won't be the same, but I'm taking lots of everything to them this evening and leave on their porch. I feel so bad for them. Being sick is bad enough, but on a holiday, it's a real bummer.
Again, hope all of you enjoy your day and make some wonderful memories.
