I found this site today but if you ask me how I found it, I can't remember. One link led to another then another and so on.
I'm 62, tried to retire at 59 but am back working part-time for my former employer. It's ideal. I work remotely from the east coast for a company whose main operations are 1500 miles away. My workload is reasonable and enjoyable. I love not being part of the 9-5 crowd any more (although in my job it was more like start at 8:00am and hope to be finished 10 hours later). I miss my co-workers but we keep in touch.
So far, I love everything about semi-retirement. Full retirement by the end of this year.
