Havarti Cheese with Dill Oh so Good Do you like cheese?

I love Danish Creme Havarti cheese, the plain one though without the dill. I eat it with crackers or on croissant sandwiches made with sliced Havarti, prosciutto, mayo and a little brown mustard.
 
Looks perfect to me Lon! I assume the wine is properly chilled.
