Have I already had coronavirus? How would I know and what should I do?

You should do nothing. If you had it, you're immune now.
There is no reliable way to know if you had it. According to some doctors & researchers, the antibody test is not reliable.

I haven't had it I simply posted the link so others could read it. 😕

You are not immune to it if you had it. This is according to the experts today. This is one of the things they are not sure about yet. This was covered by Dr. Jen and others on GMA this morning. They said there are a lot of things they are not sure about yet as this is new.

If you had it and got over it lead a life with healthy habits, fitness and nutrition so if you do get another bout of it your body will be prepared to fight the next round.

From the reports I'm reading from S Korea in particular there is a chance that the original tests were flawed as could be the current ones. They could've been infected with different flus.

If not this virus is mimicking something like the chicken pox virus which can come back as the shingle after hibernating in the body/nerves I think. They also say stress can lead to something like the herpes virus which is why it can come and go. Sidenote but stress in general affects the immune system and have to wonder what the hyper coverage and attitude toward this affected those who got the virus/sick.
