have you ever seen an Oreo cookie cow?

We used to raise belted Galloways. Our cows were all black with a white belt. Our bull was red with a white belt. They are among the best cattle you can raise. A very gentle breed too.
 
Not a useful breed here, they're bred for the cold and wet climes and we go more with the hot and dry handling breeds. They're awfully cute though and there would be a few around in the suitable regions I'd guess, I've never seen them though.
 
Fresno cows are used to make dried beef,,,,,,,,,,,and I had plenty of it in the military...in a white sauce

on toast. I think we called it " " on a shingle.
 
That's what the majority of ours are fit for too Falcon.
For a good steak we usually run A.Angus and crosses, Herefords etc but for the huge export market it's the 'Droughtmaster' Brahman/Zebu crosses types. Huge lumbering things with hardly a speck of fat on 'em that can live in places that keep camels skinny. Better profit per pound for the Asian ground beef market.
