Have you ever tried to call the Aetna Help Line?

I have to catheterize myself. I was getting them free for months. Then I got charged $98.06. I don't know why. I tried Aetna's automated "Anne". To say that was totally useless isn't right, I learned that as a male, breast implants were covered. So I called the "Help" line. I called multiple times. I've never got to talk to anybody. It's just a busy signal. Has anybody ever gotten through?

I never used Aetna, but usually when there's an automated phone line there's an option to speak to a real person, either by hitting 0, or the number they provide for live assistance. Good luck, sounds like you're getting ripped off.

Thanks, Seabreeze, but all you get is the busy signal. Nobody answers. They do have an automated help line, "Anne". I typed in "male urinary catheters". One of the choices 'she' came back was "male breast implants".

Can you make contact on their local website via email? Those automated lines are so frustrating, if you get through just keep choosing zero for a real person, maybe you'll eventually get hold of a live one.
