www.care.com is an employment organization that employs caregivers for baby sitters, pets, tutors, senior care etc. You can choose where and when you want to work and the type of services you provide. There is a slight fee for background check and driving records if you choose to drive as one of your services.

That's sort of like an agency I worked for as a second job. I filled in while the regular caregiver was on vacation or when people needed a caregiver while they were on vacation, away from their regular caregiver.

It was a good job. I liked it.
