"The Childhood of Jesus", by J.M.Coetzee?
Have patiently read 2/3 of the book, then gave up and turned to the end.
Despite Mr.Coetzee's beautiful writing style, I simply failed to understand the underlying meaning, or any metaphors.
I'm asking myself: What am I missing?
