Have You Tried UBEREATS?

I used this APP on my Smart Phone last nite for the first time. It had been a hell of a long day and I had been gone since 5 AM. I was 25 miles from home, tired & hungry and thinking that I didn't want to fix dinner or go out. I got out my I Phone clicked on UBEREATS and ordered CHILI LIME COCONUT RICE BOWL FROM SAMURAI SAM'S. Uber arrived at the same time as I did and handed me my nice still hot dinner and the $14 cost for this was automatically charged to my credit card. Now tell me. What could be more convenient than that?
 

How much is the delivery charge? You could have saved that by calling the restaurant to order it and pick it up on the way home.
Since I'm single (and alone), I often get food to go and eat it at home - no loud talking, weird music, waiting for a drink refill...

BTW; UberEats isn't the only way to get food delivered. There is also DoorDash, PostMates and GrubHub (thought it depends on your location).
I actually use DoorDash when deciding to go to a new (to me) restaurant because they have the menus!!

The $14 included the delivery charge. Uber contracts with 12 eateries in my zip code. I have used Grub Hub as well but UBEREATS was quicker and less $$$ Both have menues visually on the app.
