"Hell On Wheels" via NETFLIX

I just finished watching the last segment of the fourth season last night and will star the first segment of the 5th season tonight. It's a completely different story than what the name might indicate. Deals with early day railroading and has a most interesting segment on early day Mormons. I got hooked on this program.

Yes! I've enjoyed Hell on Wheels too and watched all the seasons so far! Watching an episode goes so fast. It does hold your interest!
The final season, premieres this Saturday, June 11th.

We have watched some of this series. It is pretty gritty but probably a more realistic picture of what actually went on during those times. We'll have to pick it up again.

Have you tried "LONGMIRE"? A contemporary western style show about a sheriff in Wyoming. Katee Sackhoff, (from Battlestar Gallactica) is a deputy and they deal with a lot of Native American issues from the "Res." Lou Diamond Phillips is also featured. It started out on A&E and Netflix picked up the production. Season 5 will start again in Sept. so you have time to catch the first 4 before hand. We have really enjoyed that one!
