Hello from Denver

I am just SO happy to find this great site!! Sometimes our 'problems' can have wonderful surprises for us along the way!...and this is one of them!
I am a 76 year old lady from Denver...Capitol Hill area... lived here since '74 and love it.
I am a retired music teacher and right now my main students are my two grandsons, Ethan is 14 and Alex is 12... and we are all having fun~!
I love reading and writing, and have so much fun meeting up with friends for coffee! I started to 'slow down' way too much several years ago, but am changing that...which requires a BIG change in attitude. Am metaphysical in my belief system and outlook.
I am having fun reading the forums and people's comments. I believe there is so much good in EVERY (yes, every) person...and Life is quite an adventure, eh?? Hardly always easy, but hey, its STILL is a wonderful life.

Hi Bettyann! Welcome to this forum. I have a cousin who (before she retired) was a music teacher in the Philadelphia public school system. She actually had my children in her classroom. (She taught at their school.) It's good that you are now dedicated to becoming more active. You have a wonderful outlook on life.
