Hello,

My name is Candace and I live in Southcentral Kansas. I live on a small acreage farm (only three acres) where I have raised huge gardens for many years. I work part-time and am working on the great American novel the rest of the time (when I am not gardening). :) I have too many dogs and a love for vintage VW Beetles and rock music. My parents would be disappointed to know that I still play my music too loud. ;)I have done many things in my life, held a variety of jobs, homeschooled four children until graduation, and returned to college when my kids were grown. But out of everything I have done in my life, being here on this farm is still what I love the most.

I love it...…...a Kansas gal! Have been thru Kansas and see pictures of it in our Farm And Ranch Magazine we get. Actually, my high school years were on a small Duroc hog farm, outside Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Some of the farms around us raised crops, hogs and beef cattle.

Wife and I currently live in Jacksonville, FL, but plans are in the making to move back to Colorado, but northern part this time. Last week we were in the northern part of the Front Range and up in Cheyenne for CFD.

Welcome!! Both my Mom and Dad were Kansas natives. Both passed on years ago. You'' love our forum Sun flower Girl!
