I'm in Washtenaw County just outside of A2. Quiet rural area but just 5 minutes from town. Built it in 2009 so not the well done construction like they used to when my dad built houses.

We are only 30 minutes away from AA, used to spend alot of time there. For some reason I just don't find downtown Ann Arbor as interesting as it used to be. The community in Holland we are interested in is similarly located to yours, in a quiet rural area just a few minute away from town and Lake Michigan. It will be brand new construction, but I'm not concerned with build quality, any issues are someone else's problem.

p.s. My dad was also a carpenter, he built the house I grew up in, also built the summer cottage where we spent alot of great family time.
