Hello! I am Dan Knight Sr and am 68 years old and retired. I was raised in Tampa FL; I left home in 1966 to join the US Air Force and have not lived there since because while stationed in NY I met and married Dot and we have lived here in her hometown ever since my discharge from the Air Force in 1970. We have 2 grown sons and 3 grand children and as of this week we now have a great grand son.
 

Does your wife write on here-I also have military relatives (my oldest son, nephew, youngest son previously). My parents met while working at the pentagon.

Welcome Dan. I was stationed at MacDill AFB (B 47 Days) from 1954 to 1957 after coming back from Korea. I loved Tampa in those days and married my first wife who was from Tampa and graduated from Hillsborough High and attended U of Tampa.We settled in California when we married and she died in 1989. We made many trips back to Tampa during the 33 years we were married. Tampa sure changed.
