Just an intro since the forum puts a message telling me to do one at the top of every page I click. :)

I came here when Beezer shared a hilarious comedy thread y'all have going. I met him on another forum where he also shares his delightful sense of humor.

I'm Renee, about to turn 53 in December. I live in Central Virginia with my husband of 21 years, Chris. He's only 47 though...snagged me a younger man. 😉

I'm "retired" in the sense that I've had to be on full time disability since January 2015. Would much rather be able to work though.

Looking forward to jumping in and meeting everybody. 😀

Oh, and I adore emojis, so hopefully I won't drive you crazy. 😉

:D I keep joking with him and saying, are you still 47? How are you ever gonna catch up??

When we met (online, not on a dating site), I was 31 and he was only 26. When we exchanged pics, I thought uh oh...so cute but so young! 53 and 47 isn't much different, but 31 and 26 sure are! ;)

Glad you joined the forum! Lots of friendly folks here, and very little snark. You'll probably feel like a fish out of water for a while. You and I are the older members on our other site...and the youngins here. ;)

Seriously, nice to have someone in their early 50's who can provide a younger perspective. And we love Beezer here!
