Another member, who can admit to such a lapse of judgment if he/she wishes, invited me to join. I will probably "lurk" for a while, to see if this is a suitable board for me, before I do much posting.

Interests include photography, theology, physics (particularly cosmology), critical thinking, and (forbidden here) politics.

Hi There! Live in Los Angeles, hugh? I use to work in EMS (wasn't called that back in the mid 70's) in Los Angeles area. Also worked at the Los Angeles County Fair in the livestock area. Wife and I met in Orange County, CA. We went to Hollywood Walk of Fame. We currently live in Jacksonville, Florida, but are in the process of moving back to Colorado. Have lived in both Los Angeles County and Orange County. Spent most of my Navy career in San Diego and Long Beach onboard destroyers.

Big interest in photography and, when we lived in Colorado, took several picture in Rocky Mountain National Park and the big Bull Elk there. Went to Yellowstone National Park and took many photos also.

[FONT=&quot]ClassicRockr - - Yes, Los Angeles. Hollywood Hills more precisely. Centrally located (sort of) for all the movie studios. I wasn’t fully trained for EMS, but I was on the Search & Rescue team at Warner Bros. and had the basic CERT training.[/FONT]
