OK Ill say it...this looks like it was staged,any one of those drivers could have simply drove up to him and chase that animal away .
Did anybody think to simply blow the horn.

I think the guy wanted to stay there for a good photo, and likely instructed those nearby to stay away. When he had enough and went into the white vehicle is where he wanted to get his equipment before it was damages, and they drove toward the animal.
