I haven't had much time recently and I'm still trying to find my way round but I'll hopefully be up and running properly before too long.

Hi Lilyjil...A warm welcome to the forum. The forum is pretty easy to navigate. You'll soon have the hang of it. The FAQ section is helpful and you can do a search for information to help you..Hope to hear from you often.

Thank you TG, perhaps up and running was a bit ambitious, I haven't ran for years and would probably only manage a slow crawl these days at best...:rolleyes:
