Yesterday I applied for a full time peer support position at Catholic Charities
Also yesterday, I met with a LCSW-R in an attempt to move beyond childhood trauma. And I returned my badge and fob to former employer, the program manager said although the organization does not encourage former employees to visit, I am welcome anytime.

I can snorkel again by having my upper dentures in while waiting for lower dentures to be constructed.

I seem to be gaining strength back, but don't take my word for it, go ahead and do 5 pushups and tell me what you think?

Having coffee today with a friend who's wife recently returned from Columbia South America visiting family. Communication is hard because I do not speak Spanish and she very little english.

The snow is melting and the robins are out in full regalia. Spring reassures us the importance of life and the promise of a new day. No matter how difficult our winter darkness may be, Spring lifts us out of the cold darkness of winter and sets us free. Life is funny like that.

I like the Hyundai Kona Ultimate, it is a small SUV with plenty of spunk.

Sounds like you're getting busy in good ways! Happy for you, Ed. Enjoy the Spring.
 
Having a low moment. I rarely have those. I guess it grounds me. My daughter just now sent me a video she just took of some dolphins in the ocean, the waves crashing on the shore, the wind blowing the seagrass, and some silly sand art she just did. That helps a little.

I know how painful that can be. Be very careful...I fell a couple of times in a row a year and a half ago so I bought some new tennis shoes that weren't as loose on my feet and I kept reminding myself to pick up my feet. Both worked for me.
 
Hey @MarciKS ...I like your cute "Lamb Chops" avatar. Did you know Sherry Lewis? I met her briefly online. Her screen name was Lamb Chops so I asked her if she was Sherry Lewis. She answered, "If you believe, anything is possible". It seemed like something she would say so I was sure it was her. Plus she was viewing beanie babies. She passed on only days after that.

no but we used to watch her on tv all the time. she made a hysterical guest appearance in the nanny. i always liked lambchop.

It’s like that isn’t it. One minute you are fine and the next minute depressed. Covid doesn’t help. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Hope you are fine soon.

I hear that, hardest thing for me to do is waiting until I am healed. I have a tendency to rush things as far as recovery is concerned.
