I have a question I have acid reflux taking nexium tried others but the last couple weeks it seems immediately after earing I am always clearing my throat.. anyone with this problem? Any suggestions?

Have you spoken to your doctor, he may need you to have an X-ray of the upper GI tract .. and or, he may prescribe you some Omeprozole to help prevent the GERD until you can change your diet ( I take Omeprazole for a Haitus hernia without the Omeprazole I would have constant reflux)

Do you think its the food that you are eating? Spaghetti/Lasagna use to give my husband heartburn but I use organic ingredients which has helped. You may want to look up Natural remedies for acid reflux. I like old remedies vs pharmacy drugs.

One thing that works every time for me is to eat a small portion of an apple peel. The pectin in the peel stops it. Green apple peels work the best. I saw it on the internet and tried it. I keep an apple cut up in the fridge in a zip lock. I was surprised it worked but it does.
