May I please ask what folks do when they don't have people, they can bequeath all of their estate to? We have a special needs son, but he'll need constant professional care for the rest of his life. I'd like our estate to go to him, but I just don't know how to handle this. Thanks so much!

Please see an attorney in estate planning. They will help you with this. Some work on special needs cases almost exclusively.

You need a special needs trust and I would definitely use a lawyer. Too much is at stake for a do it yourself approach.
