Hola! Cinco de Mayo 2025

Wherever I eat Mexican food -- cheap places, fancy places, in New York, in Texas, in Mexico -- it all tastes the same. Pretty good, but all the same. Same 12 ingredients in various combinations. (Leaving out Taco Bell, which I tried once and swore "never again.")

I am not a "foodie" in any way so this is more a comment on my own lack of culinary sophistication. But this has been my experience.
