Heard this news recently. A court ruled home sellers in Pennsylvania don't have to reveal previous house tragedies like a murder in the house or that it may be haunted.

It could be any state. Do you really worry about the criminal history of a house? I know a meth house can actually be hazardous to your health but do most even think to run a criminal history of the property they are buying?

I my old home state, they had a simular law but when we sold our home (our son-in-law had passed from MS) we were told that you only have to reveal is it had been the result of a violent act. You did have to reveal if it had been a meth home but other than that, less said the better.
