Homemade Buns

Yeast breads and buns have eluded me for years. It's more art than science.

I have found out there is a difference between Canadian and American flour.

These buns are from a secret recipe and turned out perfect.

Nice crust top and bottom and fluffy inside.

Used to make yeast rolls and breads weekly. Too much trouble for just me now. Having just one working hand would prevent me now to making them.
 

I usually make a couple of loaves of bread for the holiday dinner. I use bread flour because it has more gluten. Your rolls look absolutely delicious. Nothing like homemade bread or rolls right out of the oven. I can't eat gluten and bread is one thing I miss so much. Gluten free bread is terrible.
