It's cold today, snowing...don't feel like going to the gym...I want to cook! When we were in Glendale at Nordstrom's to get fitted for tux for my son's wedding, afterwards we ate at a nice Sushi place nearby. My son-in-law did the ordering, one of the dishes was Chicken Yakisoba, sooo tasty!
I HAD TO have more of that, but getting to a Chinese restaurant is a 20+ mile trip, one-way. Gotta make it myself, so I did. I found a simple recipe online, got together the ingredients and usedthe rest of the skinless chicken that I brined.
