I just learned that inferior (and actually fake) honey from China and Asia is a problem spreading across Europe and the USA.

Look for 'True source certified'. 'Pure' means nothing on a honey label as honey isn't 'produced' (it's assumed it's just bottled).

I'm glad to say that my Aldi honey is true source certified.

Our Big Island Bees make our Big Island Honey.

I just can't trust imported China products for consumption.

It pays to read the label or buy local.

If the price is too good you may be getting honey flavored syrup.

I haven't bought cheap questionable honey in decades, this is the one I'm using now, always buy raw and unfiltered.

I have some Aunt Sue's Raw unfiltered wildflower honey. Product of USA, packed in Sioux City Iowa. I don't see "true sourced" Will look it up.
