How do you care for it @Grampa Don ? Ours doesn't seem to thrive. It has lived a long time but always on the edge of dying.

I really don't. I have a small section of chain link fence next to the driveway gate, and I planted it there over 20 years ago. All it gets is water. I keep it trimmed pretty close or it will spread like crazy and the paper wasps will build nests in it.
